Douala Awaits Prof. Agbor Tabi

The Manyu community in the Littoral is actively preparing for the visit of the Assistant Secretary General l at the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon, Hon. Prof. Agbor Tabi, on February 5, 2010.

A series of meetings have been taking place since Monday, January 24, to drum up support and mobilise all Manyu sons and daughters and their friends based in the Littoral Region.
 The February 5 event will hold at the Party House in Bonanjo Douala and organisers say they expect the hall to be full when Agbor Tabi visits.

The Douala lap is expected to see the Assistant Secretary General l at the Presidency of the Republic who is the Manyu CPDM Divisional Committee Leader urge his tribesmen to rally behind President Paul Biya, the natural candidate of the CPDM in the upcoming elections. It is part of efforts to boost voter registration on electoral registers and raise funds to finance various activities of the upcoming Presidential Election.
 

Manyu people in the nearby towns of Limbe, Buea, Tiko and Edea are expected to join the different socio-cultural and family groups in the Littoral to welcome Agbor Tabi. It will be the first time Prof. Agbor Tabi will be visiting Douala ever since he was appointed Assistant Secretary General l at the Presidency of the Republic and he will surely have an important message for Manyu sons and daughters resident in the Littoral.
